Make wrong connection

Dear, Apple Product

When I'm charging my Apple MacBook Pro ( to update :mac os x 10.6.8 )and playing Internet.Moreover, I make USB connection with wrong port ( light symbol ) and it shutdown so early. After that, I open my Mac again to login account but it make strong air and need to set date, time. One more thing, The symbol on slide bar show ( can't charge ) and when I make to test charge it not run, and show Battery not available )... So please help me to solve the answer...!!! And I restart it 2-3 time now can't login account because it's loading about the first start Apple logo...!!!
