everytime i hit the new message key, the info from my last message is already in the text area what do i do to stop this?

that is weird weird weird. never heard of it.
have you restarted your iphone, reset it too? maybe have to restore if that don't work http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414 - don't forget to back up first
