Retina & Windows & Fonts

I am close to buying a MacBook with Retina display mostly because the fonts are so sharp and clear. I will be running Windows 7 on the MacBook. On Windows will the fonts also look that much sharper on a Retina MacBook compared to a non-Retina MacBook as they do with OS X? Please note that I probably will use the enlarged font on Windows as otherwise the letters will be too small to read all day long.

The MacBook Pro with Retina display supports 64-bit Windows 7 and 8.

At first, when you install Windows, you may see it blurry or with a low resolution, but this is solved when you install Boot Camp 5 drivers that include Retina display support, so you will be able to use the maximum resolution of the Retina display and adjust it as you want. You will also be able to enlarge the font.
