Hard desk Warranty

I have Macbook Air 2012 and still under warranty, and I want to know if the hard desk (storage) is covered by the international warranty or not?

I live in UAE,

The warranty of the MacBook Air covers all the parts of your MacBook Air including the flash storage and the charger, so it's covered by the international warranty.

If you want to extend the warranty, you can purchase AppleCare

how can i complain against the service provider in my country, becouse they said to me to pay for the flash storage replacement although its under warranty.

Is there an email address i can use?

If you want, you can contact with Apple > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US#U Note that accidental damages aren't covered by warranty, but in your case, it doesn't look like an accidental damage
