I can't redownload. If I delete, will I have to pay to download the album again?

You should be able to download any album you bought from iTunes at any time. If the download was some how corrupted just re-downdload it.

In my haste, I deleted songs from iTunes when 3 of the 11 songs of the album I bought didn't work. After going back to iTunes to check for available downloads, the 3 missing songs suddenly started downloading. iTunes wasn't giving me the option to download again (very frustrating), so I happend to go into my recycling bin (of Windows XP), and my deleted songs were still there. I restored them all and VIOLA! The complete album is there, working, and I'm able to sync to iphone and ipad. Hope this helps someone. NEVER delete anything in haste...
