how to fix itunes error 7 (Windows error5)?

downloaded and used itunes, on laptop(Acer), but when I tried to reopen I get error message, Not installed properly. Reinstall itunes. Error 7(Windows error5). Why does it work fine, but then not work, and display this error message days later?

It sounds like you will need to uninstall and reinstall iTunes to fully resolve this issue. iTunes requires that the components of iTunes be uninstalled in a specific order from the control panel, and that specific order can be found in this article about uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes:

It is important to note that:

  • iTunes Store purchases or songs imported from CDs are saved in your My Music folder by default and are not deleted by removing iTunes. While it is highly unlikely that you will lose any contents of your iTunes Library when following these steps, it is always a good idea to ensure that your iTunes library is backed up. If you're unsure how to backup, see iTunes: Back up your iTunes library by copying to an external hard drive.
  • These steps may take a significant amount of time to complete, depending on your system.

got notification that new Itunes version is available, once i installed it I'm no longer able to open Itunes, I get the error message, Not installed properly. Reinstall itunes. Error 7(Windows error127), I tried repairing itunes, Apple Aplication support, and I even uninstalled and reinstalled Itunes and still problem exist, any solution?
