Q: Dell Alienware Aurora 64bit PC and cannot connect to store
I'm using a Dell Alienware Aurora 64bit PC and cannot connect to the Itunes store, if I try to run diagnosis iTunes closes. Internet is fine on the Pc and Itunes store loads on any other 32bit PC in my home. TS1368 isn't much help, I've downloaded another copy of Itunes and done a repair and nothing changed, I wonder if this is a 64bit PC problem, the shortcut points to Program Files (x86). Has anyone else managed to sort this problem out?

I found a couple of articles that might help with the issue you are experiencing with the iTunes Store.
If you are getting a white screen when accessing the iTunes Store, I recommend reviewing this article:
