Q: Does anybody know if there is a way to open an iBook in the iTunesU application for the iPad 4 with retina display?
I have a summer reading book that I need to open into iTunesU so that I can make notes. But the iBook is a PDF. Any suggestions or help, or if it's even possible?
iPad 4 generation with retina , iOS 6.1.3

Don't know about iTunesU, but if it is a PDF, just open it in any of the dozens of free or paid PDF reader&markup apps and make notes that way. Goodreader, GoodNotes, Adobe reader, iAnnotate, PDF Expert - there are many choices (free and paid) for PDF readers with note taking and markup features.
