How do you create an iCloud ID, if you only have an APPLE TV, and no iOS device?
I want to be able to move photos into iCloud / photstream, from a PC - so it can be viewed on Apple TV?
If you have an Apple ID and you have already inserted it in your Apple TV, you already have iCloud.
You can use Photo Stream without a iOS device. First, install iCloud Control Panel in the PC.
Then, iCloud Control Panel will be installed in Control Panel, so open Control Panel > Network & Internet > iCloud, log in with your Apple ID and mark Photo Stream. Next to Photo Stream, you will see an Options button, so press it and you will see where the Photo Stream folders are.
You just have to put the photos you want to use in Photo Stream into the download folder, so they will appear in the Apple TV
Thanks, however, I did try that, but i get a message from the control panel "Cannot Sign Up - The Apple ID is valid but is not an iCloud account."
On iCloud.com - i get "Set up iCloud on a device to use iCould.com. Your Apple ID must be used to set up iCloud on an iOS or OS X device before you can use iCloud.com"
In that case, you can't use iCloud without an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Mac. I'm sorry but there isn't another answer
