I format my mac and i delete all the files and i end by this error 2002f wile internet recovery plz help me

Google for internet recovery error 2002f and peruse the hits. If you erased and reformated your HD, then you blew away the Recovery HD and might have to try CMD+OPT+R for Internet recovery.

In that case, hold Command and R keys while your Mac is starting. Note that if you only erased the OS X volume, Recovery HD is still in the flash storage.
If you can't start into Recovery HD, there's no way to start up the MacBook, so take it to an Apple Store or reseller
