Help!
How do I change my apple name on out going emails? It shows my personal name and would like to change to company name. Email address is fine. I've tried to change from the mail tab, prefrences, accounts, then accounts informaiton but my full name grayed out and cannot change? How do I change from my personal name to company name?
Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
Sign in to icloud.com then open the "Mail" app. Click preferences from the menu at the top right and select the "accounts" tab.
You should then be able to change the name of any email accounts/aliases.
I've tried. It's grayed out unable to change.(
Strange as it works for me, did you definitely try at the icloud.com website rather than the app on your computer?
Have you tried changing your name by going to appleid.apple.com then "Manage your Apple ID"?
Ive been able to manage my apple ID and made the change. So everywhere else it changed but the email still showing my personal name?
