Issue in accessing pre-purchased data from a previous apple account

I have asked this question before.

How do I access pre-purchased goods music and video from an OLDER APPLE account . This question I have asked directly from Apple and they seem to think I am still using an older apple account which I do not use or prescribe. I no longer use that internet provider either, so what happens when we change our internet providers and have a new APPLE account? Can anyone suggest a method, please...

Next, if you are having trouble accessing your older Apple ID, you may want to see this article about retrieving an Apple ID password:

Once you have gained access to that Apple ID again, you will want to see this article about re-downloading your previously purchased items:
