This is a Classic View for Mail - All Mail

You see to the right the Mailbox column. It shows All Mail instead of showing the folder location of the mails

How can I make Mail to show folder location ?

Your screenshot is so fuzzy it is not possible to read it.

Can't read that either, maybe ask someone who knows how to do it for you? This is a waste of time.

"how to do it for you"

It is not just for me but to everybody who uses Mail App and all the time encounter pitfalls

My duty is to make those pitfalls explicit, to point out the limitations of Mail App.
    Which you never admit.

This issue  is seen and understood by everybody. It is crystal clear.

Right now you are trying (and failing) to post a picture. There does not appear to be a single skill that you lack.

Post the picture so that it can be seen, otherwise it is a complete waste of energy.

Because Csound1 is destroying all my good reputation here on this Forum I am not any more posting under my Bomiboll name. I am now Incognito so to speak.

That's up to you, but it is against the terms of use that you agreed to, so it's rather foolish to announce it. And you are very easy to recognize.

That's because they are in All Mail, like everything Gmail does. "All Mail" is, no kidding, All Mail. Gmail tags all of the email as "All Mail."'

While they may be tagged with other Labels, that mailbox is merely showing you everything that it tagged with the "All Mail" label.

If you want to see what othe Labels they have tagged, use the Gmail web interface.

If so, then again: Mail app is counter intuitive.

Look into another folder, say Sent, and that column will tell you Sent

So what is the point ? this is Mail app rubbish.
I have spent lots of time on Mail (many questions here) and still, it shows up new bizarre faces!
It is shocking, dissappointing, disgusting !

The learning curve for Postbox was just a few hours and i was familiar with it

But the learning curve for Mail .... well, it is never ending !
I have discovered several bugs and nobody wants to take notice.

All Mail isn't a Mail mailbox. It is a Gmail Label/folder/mailbox. It has nothing to do with Mail.

You haven't seemed to comprehend what we have been telling you and what is stated in the multitude of links we have provided.

If you want an "All Mail" folder in Mail, Create a Smart Mailbox which has the criteria:

Date Received is after <some date well before all of your email>

Check the boxes to include Sent and Trash if that is what you want to include.

Ok, now hold on because you brain is about to explode.

A Smart Mailbox does not move any emails. It does a search of all your messages and lists the ones that meet the criteria you set. Again, NONE of the email is MOVED or COPIED.

Can I send you some sustenance Barney, glass of water perhaps

    Guru Barney !

Reguarding that Magic Mailbox you mentioned.

If Guru Barney wants to show the trick by sending a screenshot, it would be highly appreciated.

At the bottom of the Mailbox list is a + button. Click it and select "New Smart Mailbox..."

This is how I set up the criteria. I suppose there might be other ways, but this seemed to cover everything.

Notice I also called it "All Email" to differentiate it from Gmail's "All Mail" label (although I have turned that off in Gmails settings).

That did the trick but I also see there all spam  which I would like to exclude.

Another problem is that since I have both Yahoo and Gmail accounts synced to Mail, I would like to see them separated - maybe as two separate Magic Boxes ? Also I want to see the all emails separate on Gmail and On My Mac.
Now this Magic Box shows every email in one single list. It is a long list...

What is the trick now, Guru Barney ?
