I forgot my security questions answers and I'm not recieving the email to reset it nomatter how many times it's sent.

I got an app called "DJ Player". The upgrade costed money so i went to purchase it and it told me i needed to answer my questions. I forgot them and i tried sending an email to reset them but i get no email and I've tried sending it mobile or on my laptop and still don't get the email. So i cant get the upgrade and possibly can't buy anything. I need help please.
