I bought an album over a year ago and I got a new phone and can't redownload it. I went to my purchased section and it wasn't there and then I searched for it and all it says is "Purchased" next to it. I did both of these on my computer and on my iPhone and got the same results. How do I redownload the album? It was the Tron Legacy Soundtrack for what it's worth.
Did you fail to backup your computer?
Everything should be on your computer and backed up.
I also got a new computer. What happened was that I had this album on my phone. Then months went by and I got a new phone. I didn't even think to redownload it. After that Christams came and I got the computer that I have now. And now's the first time that i looked to reachieve it. I looked back to try and find it under the "Other Devices" but i couldn't find it there either. Songs from before then could be redownloaded however.
