can't sync iPod nano 5th generation calendar and contacts
with Itunes 11. It keeps saying that there are no calendars or contacts (but there are several)

Are you trying to sync with Calendar and Contacts on your Mac or Outlook?
Are you able to sync with contacts and Calendars in another account?
Take a look at this Apple doc to make sure you are setting it up correctly -> iTunes 11 for Mac: Sync contacts, calendars, and other info with iPod, iPhone, or iPad
If syncing is broken on your Mac, you may have to run through this Apple doc -> Mac OS X: Resetting the SyncServices folder
