Hi,
I am currently unable to make purchases with my iTunes account. I have a credit card attached to the account which is being declined because it is at it's limit, but I DO HAVE a Balance of $25 on my account from a gift card I redeemed. It's been almost a week now, and Apple Customer Support, so far, has been unable to provide answers or any kind of info for me. If anyone has had a similar issue, or any ideas on how to resolve my problem, please let me know asap!

P.S. if I no longer want the credit card to be my default method of payment on my account, how do I change the option to 'None'? It is not giving me the option either my iPhone itself, or even in iTunes on my PC. Thx
