Jul 15, 2013 6:48 PM in response to drtczarby John Galt,★HelpfulThe Expresses don't necessarily have to communicate with each other. Each one can create its own wireless access point for AirPlay streaming, or they can each be individual clients on your network.
You can send the same audio stream to each one simultaneously, but you can't send two different streams - unless each Express is creating its own wireless network.

Jul 15, 2013 7:24 PM in response to John Galtby drtczar,Thanks. Any suggestions on how to get them to both stream at the same time? When I set them up I had to choose between the two, I couldn't get them to both stream and play at the same time.

Jul 15, 2013 9:10 PM in response to drtczarby John Galt,To send the same stream to both of them, they must both be clients on the same network as the device hosting the music.
If that network is wireless they can connect to it wirelessly, or by using an Ethernet cable either directly to your router or through a switch.
