i see the shut down window and if i don't hit cancel it shuts down shortly after. it is very disturbing i already tried energy saving settings but it dont help. Anyone has a clue how to fix this?

That's awful I think my case is the first one! Now I tried to see what's happening in the activity monitor. mds was using a lot of cpu power during the shutdown window popped up by itself. of course there was the login window process which is i think the window you see normally after you hit the power button.
Please I need help!
Check the Energy Saver preference pane for scheduled shutdowns.

I think i have a big problem from hardware. The shutdowns are so frequent now i can't use it at all.
Try this:
Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
If that doesn't work, take it to a an Apple Store or other authorized service provider for repair.
why am i so unlucky? Lets hope i can make this back to the apple store in time...

Basically in mid 2010 a bunch of these macbook pros were manufactured and at the time there was a bad batch of graphics cards going around of them have faulty graphics cards which causes the kernel panic and subsequent crash/reboot. They should have been recalled tbh.
early 2013 brand new mac! maybe you are right we will see i already sent it for service. I will share when apple service reply to me.
Yes Apple changed the faulty book now i have the new one working fine...
