I can't download ANY music download apps, even ones I've purchased and removed from my phone. The "free" or price button is grayed out. This is for ALL apps that let you download music. Did something change?

A great place to start troubleshooting is the following iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant:

One recommendation is closing ALL apps when you get to the "Close App" section of the assistant. There are also some other recommendations if the issue persists in the last section of the Assistant.
