So i pre ordered an album. When the album has come out and i tried to download it it only says purchased but unable to download there is no option for download. I'm confused how pre order works actually. When we will be charged? After we pre order or after the album has come out. Help me thanks

So if i pre order an album i haven't been charged yet. And when the album available but my billing information is empty. Is it a problem?
But the button says that i've purchased it.

I did what your article says. And apparently i don't receive a receipt email from my pre order. Is that mean that i haven't purchased the album yet? But why my button of the album that i refer to says purchased?
