Rented HD video stuck in processing on iPad mini
I have rented an HD movie on iPad mini and it has downloaded to 90% and is stuck in "processing." I have tried the hard reset without success. The movie does not appear in my purchased tab or anywhere else but the downloads tab on the mini only. Its is not available to be viewed or downloaded on any other of my synced (or not synced) devices. Please help.
iPad, iOS 6.1.3, mini with verizon lte
