iTunes store download- stopped (err = _39)

i was downloading the free podcast of apple wwdc 2013 (1080p) then it started to download after a while when it was like 90 percent my computer closed for heating problems then i tried to resume the download but it gave this error - stopped (err = _39) i tried everything deleted the download and started again but it resumes from the previous percent it downloads for a second and gives the same error i tried to unsubscribe then subscibe again it just just hopeless but the funny thing is it downloads all of the other episodes of the podcast apple keynotes the 2012, special event september, special event october, wwdc 2012 etc... please HELP!

That error generally means that you need to update iTunes or resolve some application conflict.


"Error 39"

This can be caused by outdated iTunes software or web accelerators.


To resolve, download the latest version of iTunes for Windows at apple.com/itunes/download/
If already on the latest version, look at disabling or uninstalling any web accelerator software and restarting.

The way to uninstall it will vary a little depending on the web accelerator that you're using and version of Windows.

Do you remember installing anything that lets you download stuff quicker?


You might be able to find the accelerator by clicking Start button > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
