my ipod nano 7th generation is not playing the vidoe for more than 8 minutes. It is new as I got it last month. It still has 13gb left can you plz help.

I can't reset it i do hold the button but it doesn't go off so do i restore it now
I tried restoring it and it didn't work i still have the same problem
