How do I switch my Airport Express 1st Gen to my new WiFi network

Recently switched from Sky back to BT. Home Hub works fine but I don't know how to get my Airport Express to connect to it wirelessly. Used to have it set up (not connected by ethernet cable to modem) so that I could just play my music from iPad, PC or laptop. Not an expert so I need step-by-step instructions please.
