OS X server web sites service configuratios

Hi,

I have this situation, when I eneble websites in Server App, apache stops and when I disable it , apache starts.

So when I try to acces localhost I get the error message sayin that webservice is turned off , but on the other hand I can access profile manager pages. If I turn in on (which aparently stops apache) I get a connection error. Could anybody assit on this, where should I start looking at.
