I am an existing purchaser of Logic Pro 9, is there an upgrade price for Logic Pro X?
Do I need to pay full price to upgrade?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

Yes, sorry, you need to pay full price. There is no upgrade pricing.
Regards.
Will Logic Pro 9 merge/co-mingle with Logic Pro X or will I have both versions operating seperately?

They will work side by side.
Side by Side? sounds interesting, on starting Logic Pro X would this initiate activation of Logic Pro 9 or just access the stored files already in place. I would expect the latest edition to contain all that was in the previous edition or am I missing something, I did read something about 32 and 64 bit.
Thanks for your reply.😕
Recent Logic Pro X downloader, for quantity of download, instruments, samples, loops etc. Value for money quality yet to be discovered, which could take months of mind blowing fun..;)
