A problem.

I bough the same ringtone three times. After that I erase my iPhone contact and try to restore the ringtone ,but I couldn't. Also I notice that my iTunes balance reduce from 10$ to 6$ from buying the same ringtone more than once. Please help me to have my balance back and the ringtone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5

You need to contact the iTunes Store.

They are the only ones who can facilitate a refund for the duplicate charges, and they can also help you download the ringtone.
