I purchased a iMac with a Nvidia Geforce GTX 680MX GPU and the FPS was great at 300! but it slowly started down to 50 and i want it back up to 300 because it gets really annoying any help for fixes?

See if the Disk is issuing any S.M.A.R.T errors in Disk Utility...

Open Activity Monitor in Applications>Utilities, select All Processes & sort on CPU%, any indications there?
How much RAM & free Disk space do you have also, click on the Memory & Disk Usage Tabs.
Open Console in Utilities & see if there are any clues or repeating messages when this happens.
In the Memory tab of Activity Monitor, are there a lot of Pageouts?

I checked for errors. none
i have 16gb of ram 12.31 free
disk space is 887.53gb
in Utilities there were alot of repeating messages, none errors though
in the memory tab its 716.8MB
so im not to sure..

The Page Outs are cumilative since last start up, just see if it goes higher & how fast, doesn't appear to be the problem now though.
