I have an IPhone 4S Locked at Vodafone Netherlands .. i'm in Egypt right now and i just want to Unlock it .. but i don't know how .. so, if you can help me with that pls let know.

You need to contact Vodafone and have them unlock it. Once they approve the unlock, all you've got to do is back up your iPhone and restore it as new. After you restore it from the factory defaults, you can restore from your backup.

I believe Egypt does allow the use of both Google and Bing.
But since your phone is from Vodaphone they may have placed a contact in the iPhone for connecting with them or a Bookmark in Safari. Or just check the paperwork you have from them.

You are out of luck Vodafone Netherlands do NOT offer unlocking on the iPhones locked to their network.
In fact none of the Apple Approved Netherlands Carriers offer unlocking
i've contact them on their Facebook page .. theey asked for my IMEI .. now i'm just waiting their reply.
