Can no longer log out of twitter on iphone 5 and ipad useing ios 6,any answer ??
Settings > Twitter > Delete Account. This will remove the account from your phone and sign you out on your iPhone
Hi thanks for that info but that no longer works, been like that since the last two up dates, check wtih a friends phone and they cant log out either.
Found this on the web - no guarantees.
On the phone, simply go to settings, then Twitter, and at the allow box, switch to off.
This removes your account details from the Twitter app.
When you go back to the Twitter app, click "don't allow" to remain signed out or "OK" to log back in.
Alternatively you can log back in by going back to your settings and changing the "allow" setting to "On".
Note that there is no "sign out" option on the Twitter app itself.
The old method of deleting your account within the Twitter app is no longer possible.
Hi thanks but that did not work either.Now thinking its a problem with the app/ios 6 as other friends are having the same issue.
I think the problem is more widespread than that. People with androids can't log out either.
How do you log out of twitter on iphone 5 useing ios6 as you now longer can!!
