Q: The iPhone won't delete an email.  Gives message "unable to move mail to trash folder"

The phone won't delete an email. Returns message "unable to move message to trash folder" what button haven't I checked?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

    That usually happens when you're in a weak signal area either wifi or cellular data.

     

    Mine does that sometimes also.

    Thanks.  It deletes the message now but still gives the "unable" message.  We have two iPads and two iPhones and my wife's phone is the only one doing it.  Same phone, same OS.

    I have the same problem. Brand new iP6, two weeks old.  I can delete maybe three emails, then the "unable" message appears.  Sometimes it says it can't delete, then appears to do so.  Sometimes a "deleted" email will pop back into my list. 

     

    My current location has 5 bars ATT signal, and 3 arcs (max) of wi fi, so signal strength is not the problem.

    I think it is an IOS bug.
