How can I get my UDID being stuck at the *activation error* screen

I downloaded ios 7, trying to be a wise guy/ cheap i didn't pay for it. now, i'm paying for the consequences. I've had more than one iphone on my laptop.

Another way is through OS X’s System Information app: click the apple icon in your menubar → About This Mac → More Info… → System Report… Once you have the System Information app open, look for USB under “Hardware”, and then look for your phone in the USB device tree, and note that the UDID is actually reported as the “Serial Number” here. (I’m pretty sure this method won’t work (at least on OS X) if iTunes doesn’t recognize your phone.)

I have installed IOS 7 on iPAD now IT IS NOT BETA - iTunes whows only it's seriqal number - not UDID. All old applications for iPad showing UDID shows different results, because this function is stoped in IOS 7. I want to add myiPad devicesz list in app developer program, but I can not find iPad's UDID. There were no problems in IOS 5 and ISO 6. Everything had changed when IOS 7 appeared.
