Download new voices is "not available for now"?

Hie;

Everytime I tried to download a french-canadian voice "Julie" , via the system preferences, the download starts for 20 sec. then stops displaying this Message : "The download of voices is not available now. Try later ". What is the problem ?

Can I copy the ressources (Julie.SpeechVoice ...&... JulieCompact.SpeechVoice) from an other Mac and past them, in the right place, in my Mac system? Do you think that it will work that way?

Thank you for helping me.

I took a chance to Copy "the voice ressources" from My iMac 2011 and to Paste them into my MacbookPro 2013 (as explained in my first question) and IT WORKS. Both Macs use Mountain-Lion.

Where to copy and where to paste? Here is the direction :

< Macintosh HD/System/Library/Speech/Voices/xxx >

That'it.

Thanks to "dbabbage" for his comment. What he wrote helped me to go farther in my research. Thank you !!
