I just purchased logic pro 9 less that 3 weeks ago and a new one has come out yesterday... am i stuck with 9 now or can i update it?
I hope i can upgrade mine as i havent even used it yet.

Apple is refunding the cost of Logic Pro 9 to users that bought it less than a month ago. As you bought Logic Pro 9 recently, call Apple > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 With this, you will be able to upgrade to Logic Pro X for free
