i have need to upload video and songs. plese help me

    Yyou can sync music and videos via your computers's iTunes - if you have iTunes 11 installed then you can enable the left-hand sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC.

     

    If you haven't already done so, and the music and videos are in a compatible format, then you should be able to add them to your computers's iTunes library via File > Add To Library. Then connect the iPhone to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar, and use the Music and Movies tabs on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync them to the phone.
