Safari preferences seem to only allow you to delete all website data. Is there a way of clearing the cache but leaving cookies and browsing history?
I have Safari version 6.0.5 and OSX 10.8.4. Thanks.

Safari > Preference > Advanced
Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
