I have paid for Matching but cannot get my Ipad to except it? I paid for it from my home computer am I doing something wrong or missing something?

I have paid for "Matching" from my home computer but cannot get my iPad to connect to matching. It says not subscribed to matching?? Am I doing something wrong or missing something here??

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.3
