Missing things opening from Pro 9

IM running into an issue where when i open a song in Pro X that i did in Pro 9 it seems to be openeing an earlier version of the song. several tracks are missing and some the the audio edits i did in the Pro 9 song arent done in the Pro X song. hope that wasnt too hard to understand. thanx
