Video uploaded to Youtube is stuck in processing

I'm having trouble publishing a video to Youtube from iMovie. I have no idea if there is something wrong with the iMovie, my account, or my internet connection. I've never had this problem before. The video is 11 minutes long and is a 720p HD project. Whenever I use the "Share to Youtube" option, the window pops up but there is no progress on the upload. The bar does not load and it doesn't display the time remaining. It's as if it's frozen, but it isn't. However, the video shows up in my Video Manager as "processing". I have tried exporting the video and uploading it directly to Youtube but my internet connection is way too slow so I usually stick to uploading it via iMovie. Does anyone know what's going on?
