Q: wake/sleep button is not working?

My wake/sleep button continues to get worse.  It is near impossible to turn on, lock it, or shut it off using the wake/sleep button.  I have resorted to setting the sleep timer so it will lock the screen and sleep.  I also have a problem ending phone calls that I innitiate.  The on screen end call feature does not work.  I'm thinking my iphone is slowly dying as these problems continue to get worse over time.

Your phone is under warranty.  If the problem with your wake/sleep button is not due to user abuse, bring your phone into Apple for replacement.

    I been to apple store yesterday.. They say my iphone is 12 1/2 months . Means out of warranty !! Apple want me to pay 209£ for replace a new phone .. And they say apple genius can't fix wake/sleep button !! Its ridiculous apple made something they can't fix!!! Never go for iPhone again!!
