Q: When answering a phone call I can hear the party calling but they cannot hear me. What could be wrong?

When Answering a phone call or placing a phone call the party on the other end cannot hear me however i can hear them. What is wrong?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4

You may be accidentally muting your device with your cheek, or your microphone is broken.

I recommend either going into an apple store or calling 1-800-275-2273 if you find out that it's not the first one.
