Ipod does not sync...

Guys, I am having this problem and I can't solve it... even using the support pages...

I will explain.

When I connect my Ipod Classic, it says it's "connected" and it does not do anything else.

At the same time I connect it, my computer says the ipod needs to be formated. The Itunes does not

recognize it.

Everytime I eject the ipod, it restarts.

All my music disappeared, the same to happened to

videos and data.

However the ipod has no space either, the message "0 kb free" is placed in its status.

I don't know what to do... I've been trying to solve this problem but i just can not get rid of it..

Thanks!

Hello NickGloria,

Thanks for the question, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

The following troubleshooting assistant may provide a resolution to your issue. In my experience, it may be that you need to restore your iPod in Disk Mode:

Hello Matt,

I've tryied everything you told me to do, but It didn't work. However, something awkward happened to my Ipod, I mean, after I disconnected him It suddenly restored all my musics, videos and data. Unfortunately this good feeling didn't last long while I reconnected in my compute, in order to restore using Itunes. Is there anything else I can try?

Thanks,

Nick
