I have an iPad 3rd generation, HDMI cable, and Apple Digital AV Adaptor. iOS software on the iPad is up to date (6.1.3). I have correctly set up the cords/cables with the AV adaptor. I have the HDMI cable plugged in to HDMI side on the Vizio TV. The TV keeps displaying No Signal! What (and how) do I change for the settings on my TV so the Piaf will display?? HELP!!!

Try pressing input on the remote or TV itself if you don't have one, then switch it to HDMI. If there is more than one HDMI then do it untill you find the one your iPad is hooked up to. Hope this helps.
Hi there! I have it plugged into the HDMI side on the TV; I used my Vizio remote to change the input to be HDMI side....No Signal message on the TV. I also changed the input source to HDMI 1 or 2, changed the input source on the TV via remote...same No Signal message.
To me it sounds like more of a cable or HDMI port problem. Have you tried a different port on your TV?
We use different ports on the TV for things like the Wii. We also use this particular HDMI cord for my son's PS3 to this TV and it works just fine. I am beginning to wonder if it is the AV adapter cord or if it's a setting I need to change on the actual TV...
Sounds like you have it narrowed down nicely! Good luck and definetly go through your TV's settings.
Oh wow! I am such an idiot! I am completely embarrassed that I even posted here!!! I just discovered the problem.... Yeah so I guess it would help if I used the SAME ONE HDTV cord at a time.... Apparently working with2 different HDMI cords...both went nowhere! Thank you for responding to me, Donaldmfrank!
