How do I find out what is being downloaded on my account and by which devices regestered on my account are using what

You cannot tell which device at all.
You can look at your purchase history ( from your account in itunes) if you want to see your purchases
Open itunes on your computer, click on your Apple ID, click on account and log in and inpurchase history click on see all. Unfortuneately there is no way to see which device was responsible for the download. That is as good as it gets

Sign in to your account on iTunes on your computer. Then go to Store > View Account in iTunes' menu. From there, click "Purchase History". There you will see what was downloaded and when.
