Q: I cannot receive email

I have logged into icloud.com - no new messages since yesterday.  No new messages on the macbook pro, iphone or ipad.

 

Yesterday I had to restore my iphone.  Previously I backed up to iTunes.  After I restored from iTunes last night, I changed to backup to iCloud.  I don't think I have received any messages since restoring from iTunes.

MacBook Pro, iOS 6.1.4
