can't open safari

What happens when you try to open it?

1. Hold down ⇧ Shift key and relaunch Safari.
2. Click Safari in the menu bar.
3. From the drop down select "Reset Safari".
4. Uncheck the box next to " Remove saved names and passwords".
5. Click "Reset".
6. Turn off Extensions if any, at Safari > Preferences > Extensions
