I downloaded 2 ringtones for my iPod touch 5th gen and I bought them and put them as ringtones for contacts, and some texted me like 4 days after the purchase and it didn't ring with the ringtone I'd purchased.I can't download them even if I paid them like I try to
Get them and its says I have already bought them but they Jair won't appear in my ringtones!! Why?? Help Please! :)

Are you saying that when you go to Settings>Sounds>Text Tone you purchsed tones are not listed?
If so then:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Transfer iTune purchases to the computer
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
