Intel HD 5000 shared memory

I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit on my 2013 MacBook Air 11" (upgraded i7, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) using BootCamp.

As I know that on OS X, the Intel HD 5000 onboard graphic uses the RAM (up to 1GB out of 8GB) and it works fine.

However, when I am using Windows 7, the HD5000 only uses 64MB, which is not enough for lots of games.

I have tried to reinstall the bootcamp drivers but nothing changes.

Is there anyway that set the HD5000 graphic memory to 1GB just like it is on OS X?

Thanks a lot.
