FCP to Color import missing files in timeline

FCP 7.03, Color 1.5.3, working with ProResHD 1920x1080P footage, in a time line with items across a few video tracks (but problem still exists if all footage is flattened).

When we send the sequence to Color, it opens, but more than half the footage is missing.

We have eight different sequences (each is an episode, duration 5-10 minutes), and the problem happens on 7 of them.

Anyone see this before?

Figured it out - there were some PNG files at the end that were causing the hillarity.
